Building Natalie Anne Haircare was an extremely dreamy affair. Working with a true international hair artist on their haircare line demands both knowledge for formulation actions and reactions, ensuring formulations kept up with a highly demanding brief and Natalie's formidable approach to hair, as well as a deep understanding of both the consumer & hairdressing markets, from branding & advertising trends to the language of love aka the packaging.
Natalie's goal was to build a new arm for her growing empire, which would allow her brand to expand far beyond her salon and shoot sets. She wanted to see the Natalie Anne Haircare line in her client’s bathrooms and see them more immersed into their own daily beauty regimes, which began in not only the chairs of her salon, but retail stockists across Australia and the US.

A dope 360º project was designed & built for Urban Outfitters USA. A grooming line that blurred gender lines and the traditional approach to haircare. A simplified process of selection and a supportive at-home education video series ensured users stayed connected and on brand. Built to accompany and collaborate with partner fashion brands in Urban Outfitters.

Avilo By Olivia was ultimately inspired by my curly followers and friends. I have spent years listening to their struggles, concerns and questions about curly hair. My mission is to create a solution for them by providing high quality products that will enhance their curls to their highest potential. I wanted to create products that I could 100% trust and recommend to all curly people.
It is not just about hair but about inspiring people to embrace their natural beauty and to chase their dreams.

Consulting with O&M was a joy of a journey in 2022. From building out the entire B2B online strategy, technology & websites, which led hundreds of new salon customers to the O&M brand, to shooting ad sets, managing ad agencies and collaboratively executing strategy utilising a highly complex technology stack. One of my favourite projects during my tender with O&M was building the www.cleancolouracademy.com from scratch. A massive online education platform highlighting top artists in the O&M network from Australia. During the build, I managed over 30 artists and the curriculum with over 50 education videos created by 30+ elite artists, in collaboration with the INCREDIBLE Gary Prigge, Global Education Director for O&M.

Long-time close friend Sheree Knobel, Founder & Director of BIXIE Colour, Sydney Australia, was down for an experimental project. So, we developed a single product that had to both connect & cater to her team’s approach to 3 key looks and the success their guests had in achieving those looks at home with a single product. The collaboration was a huge success both in salon and online.
